Antillean Engineers Inc. is a family owned and operated firm located at 1-B Estate Clifton Hill near the La Reine Shopping Center, where it occupies 2,500 square feet of office space. Staff include the President, Raymond Berkeley, PE, MBA, a team of civil engineers, CAD draftsperson, surveyors, inspectors, construction/project managers, and quality control technicians. Antillean Engineers, Inc. often teams with on-island and State-side firms to complete multi-disciplinary projects. 

AEI HAS PROVIDED SERVICE, WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, TO THE VIRGIN ISLANDS FOR 50 YEARS.

Antillean Engineers, Inc. uses high-capacity high-speed computing systems equipped with state-of-the-art engineering software. AEI’s equipment inventory includes TOPCON GPS and electronic total stations equipped with data collectors with automated methods to perform boundary and topographic surveys. Other equipment includes precise surveying levels and theodolites from which survey data can be downloaded into the AEI computing system to expedite analysis, design, and drawing production. Antillean Engineers, Inc. also conducts drone flights to capture aerial imagery.
